Best Inferno Smoke Spots In CS:GO
Inferno is one of the three most played maps in Counter-Strike 2 Esports and has been present since the start of the series. The map is set in a small town and consists of many narrow streets.

The first thing to do before you learn the best smoke spots in Inferno is to set up the map where you can practice the smoke spots. Enable the Developer Console from the Game Tab in the Settings menu.
Once you have enabled it, type in "map de_inferno" and press Enter. It will load up the Inferno map. Type in "bot_kick" to remove the bots from the game. After that, enter the following commands in the order they are written:
sv_cheats 1 - Enables cheats in-game.
mp_roundtime_defuse 60 - Increases the time of the round to 60 minutes.
mp_freezetime 0 - Removes the freeze time at the start of every round.
mp_restartgame 1 - It will restart the game to apply the above changes.
sv_infinite_ammo 1 - Gives you infinite ammo so that you can have an unlimited amount of Smoke Grenades on you.
give weapon_smokegrenade - Gives you Smoke Grenades for practice.
sv_grenade_trajectory 1 - Shows a trail when you throw a Smoke Grenade. It will allow you to see the path that your grenade will take.
bind N noclip - It will bind the "N" button on your keyboard to noclip. Noclip allows you to fly in the air and go through walls, so you can follow the grenade you threw and see where it lands. You can change the noclip button by replacing the alphabet "n" in the command with a button of your choice.
bind "T" "+jump; -attack; -jump" - This is an important command that will help you with Jump Throw smokes . Some smoke spots will require you to jump and throw the smoke grenade at the same time. When done manually, there is a chance of error. The command removes the possibility of error and throws the smoke at the apex of the jump, which covers more distance. Click the left mouse button to pull back the smoke grenade and press "T" to Jump Throw. You can change the bind button by replacing the letter "T" in the command with the button of your choice.
With the commands entered in the Developer Console, now you can start practicing the best smoke spots on Inferno.
Underpass To Right Side Top Mid
Get inside the Underpass outside the T Ramp and stand on the spot as shown above. Take out your Smoke Grenade and aim toward the pointy top of the yellow building.
Move your crosshair slightly to the left until it's in line with the bottom point of the yellow building. Press Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke grenade perfectly on the right side of the Top Mid . It will block the view of the enemies on A Short, and you can go from A Long towards Arch, Library, or A Site.
T Spawn To Top Of Mid
Stand in front of the wall, as shown above. Aim right of the Cross Symbol and place the crosshair in line with the first part of the antenna.
Walk in the forward direction and throw the smoke grenade as you start walking. It will smoke the Top Mid and block the view of the T Ramp .
Second Mid To Left Side Top Mid
Stand at the corner of the Flower Wall and aim towards the pointy roof of the orange building.
Press Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke and block the view of enemies standing on A Long .
Second Mid To Front Pit
Stand beside the wall on Second Mid and aim left from the top of the antenna. Place the crosshair right above the line on the roof, as shown in the picture.
When lined up perfectly, click the Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke right in front of the Pit. Enemies standing in the Pit and under Balcony will not be able to spot you when you push in from A Short .
Second Mid To A Bomb Site
Stand on the corner of the first tile in front of the brown door. Aim the crosshair at the left point of the roof of the yellow building right in front, as you can see in the picture.
Press the Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke. It will land on the A Bomb Site .
Banana To B Site Coffins
Stand on the logs of wood on the Banana and aim at the circle on top of the railing. Move the crosshair towards the right till it aligns with the bottom circle of the same railing, as shown above.
Press the Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke at the Coffins. Now you will no longer have to worry about the enemy peaking at Banana when you push the B Site .
Banana To CT (Jump Smoke)
Stand in the corner of the Logs wall and aim at the right joint of the metal door right in front of you. Pull back the smoke grenade by holding the Left Mouse Button and press the Jump Throw Bind Button ("T" if you copied the bind from above) to throw the smoke.
This smoke is important for pushing the B Site as it blocks the view of the enemies standing in CT Spawn or near Construction. Combine it with the previous smoke spot for an easy entry to the B Site .
Balcony To A Short
Stand on the third circle of the railing on the balcony. Aim your crosshair under the roof of the building, as shown above. Press Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke.
It will land on the bicycle on A Short and provide a one-way view when you stand in the Pit . You can then stand in the Pit and use the smoke as a cover to eliminate the rushing enemies.
Top Mid To Mid
Stand in the corner of the wall and aim right from the white part of the flag and towards the start of the worn-off paint, as shown in the picture.
Press Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke in Mid . You can now sneak past the enemy looking from the T Ramp.
Arch To Pit
Stand next to the wall with the flower pot in Arch. Look towards the corner of the roof of the building to your left and aim your crosshair down from there until it's in the middle of the roof and the wall below.
Press Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke. It will land directly outside the pitch and block the view of the enemy playing from the Pit.
CT To Banana
Stand beside the Construction wall in the middle of the drain cover. Aim at the wall with the yellow boxes behind and place your crosshair right under the third line of the box.
Click the Left Mouse Button to throw the smoke at Banana. It will block the view of the enemies pushing the B Site from Banana .
